Our Etsy shop if full of immediate download cross stitch designs. Patterns are available within minutes of completed payment. Now THAT is instant gratification!
We accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards, and major credit cards through Etsy's checkout system.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Most of our items are processed through Etsy's digital download system. We do also have some physical items, however. These items typically ship within 1-2 business days of completed payment. We will use "best method", which may include postal mail, UPS, DHL or Fedex. Some of our items are shipped by third parties and shipping choices are beyond our control.
Digital download items are non-refundable.
Printed books, chartpacks and CDs will be replaced if damaged in shipping. Please let us know immediately of any reasons of dissatisfaction. :)
