Digital downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Digital download items are non-refundable.
Printed books, chartpacks and CDs will be replaced if damaged in shipping. Please let us know immediately of any reasons of dissatisfaction. :)

Still waiting for the shop to contact me about two colors with the same symbol, which is delaying me in my progress. Overall these are really beautiful patterns, just disappointed in the lack of communication. ETA the seller contacted me.
